Yes fashionistas I know it is still August and the Summer, but designers are coming out with their Fall 2012 items in stores already!!! I am loving some the coats that I am seeing at previews and launch events!! Matthew Williamson makes some meannnnnnn...... coats that I have to have!!! Yes I know I am in Texas and we see cold weather one day a year but still on that one day I want to be FAB!!! This HAUTE coat from Mulberry pictured above is just the ticket!!! Hot Summer men's fashion!!!

Summer is here and what about the men??? They need something great to wear as well...Right!! Well designers have heard the cry and they are coming out with great pieces!! Linen and cotton are still the leaders of the pack. Men's clothing has come along way, the pieces are comfy but stylish as you can see in the picture above. Nude colors are still big and will remain in demand. Check out Macy's or JCP for great affordable buys for that great guy in your life. Summer 2012 Trend "Tribal"

Ladies it looks like we are taking it back to the Motherland....I mean that in a great way!! Tribal as it is being called is huge for the Summer! South African designers are finally making themselves known over seas and other luxury designers are starting to take note. Burberry among others has came out with a HAUTE Summer line that has the beautiful motherland tribal print all over it. I am not just talking bags but dresses, shoes, jackets and every accessory known to man!! I hope you are able to get your hands on some of these items because they are going fast. Personally, I have had tribal items in my collection for a hot minute! Well folks it has been a long time in the works and I am happy to say that finally the first fashion incubator in San Antonio will be opening up!! Hopefully in August, this incubator will be a one stop shop for creatives to do:

Model calls
seminars/ training
sewing and pattern making
networking
conferences
market days and showrooms.....

and the list goes on!! We would not have made it this far with out you all and I just wanted to say Thanks!!! There is still work to do and dresses to sew, but we now have our foot in the door!! Remember these are our future leaders and small business owners that will continue to keep San Antonio growing and moving forward! Check out our YouTube feed and show your support to this great non-profit!  All I can say is we have came along away since Rosie the Riveter!! I am loving this military look from the cape to HAUTE shorts!!! Fashion has found a way to take military dress to the next level!!! All I can say is "WERK" !

Military looks are making a come back fashionistas!! I'm loving the nautical looks, makes me want to be a sailor! Navy blue and white look fab on any skin tone and in any print from horizontal to vertical to solid you can rock it!! Of course you have to accessorize as well, make sure your bag and shoes speak to everyone and do not over power your fab outfit!
