Hard to find great customer service does exist!!! Thx Ideeli for restoring my faith!!

I get packages on the regular and they all seem to be damaged when they arrive at my house! Well enough is enough MR. UPS man, even my neighbor has had trouble with their packages! So I recently order 3 dresses from Ideeli and they all arrived in boxes that had been attached by wolves and dump trunks. After posting on Twitter how PO'd I was Ideeli customer service tweet me back directly right away. Even though it was clearly UPS that did the damage, Ideeli was more then happy to assist me with getting to the bottom of the problem. Luckily just the boxes were damaged and not the merchandise :) Thanks again Ideeli for stepping up and offering assistance! That is what makes Fashionistas continue to shop your FAB site!! Outstanding customer service is sooooooooooooo hard to fine these days even for the most simple things. For the record I still have not heard from UPS...........

I Love Janie ....New Spring bag is HOT!!!!

You guessed it fashionistas I am talking about Janie Bryant the FAB designer for Mad Men. She has been partnering with QVC on some fab clothing items and accessories over the past year. This Spring she has kicked it up a notch with this Ostrich bag OMG I got mine and let me tell you ...it is HOTNESS!! the detailing is to die for, great craftsmanship, outside pockets on both sides for phone and keys and not to mention it is extra roomy in the inside....I purchased the butter scotch pictured above. Better half said I should have waited to Christmas :( . O and for all my Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Sisters out there, it comes with our lovable mascot - Toy poodle hanging on a key chain on the side. The bag also comes shipped in a great cloth cleaning bag for storage. Love it. Handles are sturdy and roomy....Fashionistas get yours while you can  ...I want another one in black now!!!

So Spring is here and the weather is clearing up...yea!! Now it's time to A. Clean out your closet and B. Replace old items with new ones!!! Vintage clothing is all the rage right now. A lot of ladies are looking for classic pieces including bags. Less we not forget that the local thift shop has some FAB fines as well. On a good day you can find Coach and Hermes' at the downtown Goodwill...YES.... I kid not!!! Three local boutiques have great finds as well.

I was all over the place this past week end. I was on Ideeli, Overstock, Zappos and Newport News and made purchases from them all. So far Zappos and Overstock orders have already arrived. Overstock actually put each one of my dresses on their own hangers :) and Zappos shipped my order for FREE and it arrived literally like a day after I ordered it! I have been under the weather for the past two weeks and the internet has been my best friend! Thx to you all for the FAB finds!! I hope that you all had a great opener to 2011!! I did turned a year older and hopefully a little wiser :). What do you have planned this year? Not only with fashion but your life in general? Ever notice that sometimes it seems that you are going in circles or standing still? Me three!! And when something does happen, the blessing comes when you lease expect it! That is the higher power working in your favor embrace it! Make sure you are getting your closet in order and donate!! Pay it forward to the needy! Hope that you are doing well and staying dry!!! Above you will see my fav coat for 2010! It's from WHBM and has a great military look to it. I rock mine with boots and a cute scarf. All of the funny weather issues has me pulling out the heavy stuff in Texas!! You know anything under 45 degrees is freezing to us!!! LOL. So when do you shop for jackets at great prices? Out of season of course, that is why you hit up TJ Maxx and Marshall's when needed. Cute jackets are hard to find so work it out. When I see one I get it right then and there. Now I can say that I have tooo many..LOL but hey at lease I have I have one for each fab outing!! Shop for jackets by events and styles. You should not wear the same coat to the park and on a dinner date or awards banquet!! So yes you will have more then one in your closet, wear them well and become friendly with your local dry cleaners you will need them regularly this season! Purchase coats that fit well and can last you more then one year. Also capes are huge this season as well. I rock mine regularly!!
